I was a Real Estate Entrepreneur. My job was to purchase, rehab, rent, and sale "one to three family" dwellings. My duties included listing properties for sale, negotiating with sellers, approving/rejecting bids, screening tenants, collecting rents, and selling property. It was like I was playing Chess or a real game of Monopoly, and I was winning. Now, I'm happily retired!
My wife, Loretta and I have been Married for over 36 years.

At church Little Billy was sitting on the front row with his grandma. The preacher was fired-up, so after his sermon, he asked "how many want to go to Heaven" and everybody's hand went up, except Little Billy. Seeing this right in front of him, the preacher bent over to Billy and asked "don't you want to go to Heaven when you die?" Little Billy replied, Oh yes sir, when I die, but the way you was carrying on up there, I thought you was getting up a group to go right now!
